Same job as n8n but drag and drop — no coding. A real estate agent in Ikeja connects their website form to WhatsApp. Every "I want to rent a flat" lands on their WhatsApp immediately without checking email.
Zapier
Oldest and most recognised automation connector. A photographer in Enugu sets it up — new Calendly booking automatically sends a welcome email, creates an invoice, and adds the client to a WhatsApp group. Nothing done manually.
API Integration
Like a waiter between two apps. When you open PiggyVest and it shows your Kuda balance — that is API. PiggyVest asks Kuda for the balance behind the scenes. I build those invisible connections between business apps.
Webhook
Like a doorbell. Instead of checking every minute if something happened, the app rings you the exact moment it does. A food vendor on Chowdeck — the moment someone orders, the kitchen WhatsApp group is notified instantly. Not after 5 minutes.
Prompt Engineering
Knowing exactly how to talk to AI to get the best result. Same way you know how to approach your oga for a favour. Type "write me something about food" — rubbish. A prompt engineer writes a precise instruction and gets a market-ready WhatsApp broadcast in one shot.
ChatGPT / Generative AI
AI that creates things — text, images, code. A teacher in Ibadan generates lesson notes in 2 minutes. A Lagos marketer writes 30 Instagram captions in one sitting. I connect it to business tools so it works automatically, not just through a chat window.
LLM (Large Language Model)
The technical name for Claude and ChatGPT. Imagine someone who has read every book, website, and newspaper ever written — and answers any question from all that in seconds. That is an LLM. I install and wire them into your business.
VPS Setup
Renting a computer that lives on the internet and runs 24/7 even when your laptop is off. A business owner in Abuja wants their chatbot replying at 3am. You rent a $5/month VPS in Germany — AI runs there day and night while you sleep in Nigeria.
Linux
The operating system most servers run on. You control it by typing commands, not clicking icons. When a client rents a VPS for OpenClaw or n8n, the server speaks Linux. I handle all the terminal work so they never have to touch it.
Docker
Like a sealed nylon bag that packs an entire app with all its settings. Wherever you open it — London or Lagos — it works exactly the same. I use Docker so AI tools run perfectly on any server without "it worked on my machine" errors.
WhatsApp Business API
The professional version of WhatsApp for businesses. The free app lets you reply one customer at a time. The API lets a Lagos fashion brand message 10,000 customers at once, automate replies, and connect a chatbot. Jumia and Konga use it — I set it up for smaller businesses.
Telegram Bot
An automated Telegram account that replies messages and sends alerts. Nigerian copyright communities use these — the bot welcomes new members, posts price alerts every hour, answers group questions, and removes spammers automatically. Admin does nothing.
Python
The programming language that AI and automation run on. Think of it like Yoruba — most AI tools were built speaking Python. When drag-and-drop cannot handle something, I use Python to connect tools directly and build custom scripts.
Supabase
A cloud filing cabinet where your AI stores and retrieves information. A lawyer in Victoria Island wants AI that remembers every case file. Supabase holds all the documents. Ask the AI "what did we find in the Adeyemi case?" — it searches and answers in seconds.
RAG Pipeline / Vector Database
Your AI searches your own documents to answer questions, not just its general training. A hospital in Owerri has 5,000 patient records. Doctor asks "which patients over 50 have hypertension?" — AI searches the actual records and answers immediately. I build these systems.
Lead Generation
